🔧 How to set up the activity: Place a rebound board or use coach as server 6–8 yards away. Player stands inside a 2x2 yard grid. ⚽ Activity: Coach serves ball to weak foot side. Player must control first touch with weak foot inside the box, then pass back with same foot. Increase tempo gradually. Add “directional touch” – take first touch outside box, then pass. Count clean touches in each 60-second round. ✅ Coaching points: Stay light on feet and adjust body to ball flight. Use different surfaces of weak foot (inside, laces) for control. Keep ankle firm and touch purposeful.
