Coach applies light shoulder to shoulder resistance Player starts with ball at feet. ⚽ Activity: Player dribbles slowly from cone to cone protecting the ball while coach applies light resistance. Add stops and turns at each cone. Progression: Add “push off” cue – player explodes away from coach after contact. Work in short bursts (20 seconds on, 20 off). ✅ Coaching points: Strong, low body position – knees bent. Use arm/shoulder to shield when needed. Explode away after absorbing pressure.
