🔧 How to set up the activity: Place 5 cones gates in a semi circle 10-12 yards from goal Player starts behind the first gate with coach next to the goal with 5 balls ⚽ Activity: Player sprints through the gate, receives a pass from the coach and finishes first time The player then sprints back and goes through the next cone and repeats for all 5 gates Add variety: volleys, half volleys, left foot, right foot etc. Time each round (e.g. 30 seconds to finish all balls). Keep tally of goals per round. ✅ Coaching points: Keep head steady over ball when striking. Get feet set quickly before shot. Hit through the ball with laces for power or inside for placement.
