Coach calls out commands (e.g. “left foot only,” “inside cuts,” “roll overs”). Add speed changes – walk, jog, sprint with the ball. Progress by adding skill moves (scissors, drag-backs) at cones. Finish with 30-second “max speed” rounds. ✅ Coaching points: Encourage soft, close touches for control. Get head up regularly while dribbling. Use both feet and different surfaces (inside, outside, sole).
