🔧 How to set up the activity: Lay an agility ladder on the ground (or mark spaces with cones). Place 2 mini goals 5 yards ahead. Player starts with a ball at their feet. ⚽ Activity: Player dribbles to the ladder, stops the ball, and completes a footwork pattern (e.g. two feet in each square). After the pattern, the player collects the ball and accelerates into a finish or pass into a mini goal. After the finish the player collects another ball and repeats. Rotate through different patterns (side steps, hops, crossover steps). Add variations – ball in hand through ladder, then control it after. Do 5 x 45-second reps. ✅ Coaching points: Light feet – stay on toes, not heels. Quick change from coordination to ball movement. Explosive step out of the ladder into the next action.
