🔧 How to set up the activity: Set up lanes with 3 players per lane, 10 yards long with a cone at each end 1 ball each Use cones to mark clear start and finish lines 🏃 Activity: Players dribble to the far cone and turn Then dribble back to the start of the lane and pass the ball to the next player First round: inside of the foot only Second round: outside of the foot only Third round: use laces to push the ball Final round: freestyle (use all parts of the foot) ✅ Coaching points: Keep close control with the inside/outside when space is tight Use laces for longer touches when accelerating Head up to scan and adjust foot surface to match the space
