🔧 How to set up the activity: Create a 40x30m pitch Mini goals at each end Create a central 5x5m scoring box 10m in front of each goal 6v6 game with focus on shape ⚽️ Activity: Teams score points by either scoring on the goal or working the ball into the oppositions scoring box Team out of possession must work to protect the central scoring box and the goal Team in possession tries to stretch the defensive team to open up central spaces Progression: Make the scoring boxes bigger to increase difficulty ✅ Coaching points: Midfield line must screen and shift together Back line must hold shape and communicate Don’t chase – protect key zones first
