Stamina Endurance Circuit

🔧 How to set up the activity:

  • Mark a 20x20 yard square with 4 stations (cones, ladder, mini goals, rebound board).
  • Each station has one ball-based activity.

âš½ Activity:

  • Player moves around all 4 stations without break.
  • Examples:
    • Station 1: Dribble through cones
    • Station 2: Play 10 wall passes off a rebound board
    • Station 3: Shoot into mini goal.
    • Station 4: Sprint through a ladder
  • Run circuit for 60–90 seconds, rest, repeat 3–4 times.

✅ Coaching points:

  • Encourage consistent work rate.
  • Keep touches sharp even when tired.
  • Focus on recovery breathing between reps.
