🔧 How to set up the activity:
- Mark a 20x20 yard square with 4 stations (cones, ladder, mini goals, rebound board).
- Each station has one ball-based activity.
âš½ Activity:
- Player moves around all 4 stations without break.
- Examples:
- Station 1: Dribble through cones
- Station 2: Play 10 wall passes off a rebound board
- Station 3: Shoot into mini goal.
- Station 4: Sprint through a ladder
- Run circuit for 60–90 seconds, rest, repeat 3–4 times.
✅ Coaching points:
- Encourage consistent work rate.
- Keep touches sharp even when tired.
- Focus on recovery breathing between reps.
