🔧 How to set up the activity: Create 3 straight “shooting lanes” using cones Each lane ends 10 yards from goal Each player has a ball Optional: Add a mannequin to represent a goalkeeper ⚽️ Activity: Players dribble through one of the lanes and must shoot before they reach the end After the shot collect their ball and return to the start Rotate through different lanes for variety of shooting angles Progression: Add targets to the corners of the goal for players to hit ✅ Coaching points: Strike with the laces for power Plant non-kicking foot next to the ball Aim for the corners
