🔧 How to set up the activity: Mark 2 different coloured gates on the edge of the box Have a full goal and a goalkeeper 1 attacker and 1 defender start on the edge of the penalty area D Players line up 20m from the edge of the box with balls ⚽️ Activity: Attacker at the front of the queue passes into the attacker on the edge of the D and shouts a colour of either gate The attacker then receives and must dribble through that coloured gate and then attempt to score The defender must run through the opposite-coloured gate and try to prevent a goal The attacker at the front of the queue then steps in to become the attacker for the next turn Rotate players quickly ✅ Coaching points: Look up before striking Don’t sacrifice technique for reaction Take heavy first touch towards the gate
