🔧 How to set up the activity: 10x10 yard grid with 4 colour assigned mannequins/rebound boards in each corner Coach stands outside grid 4 colour assigned cones ⚽ Activity: Player dribbles inside grid scanning to see what colour cone the coach holds up. Coach periodically holds up a coloured cone Player plays a bounce pass to the coloured mannequin/rebound board and carries on dribbling. The coach should keep moving around the square so the player must keep scanning. Repeat for 5–6 rounds with increasing speed. ✅ Coaching points: Scan when dribbling, passing and receiving in between touches Turn head fully – don’t just glance. React instantly to visual cue.
