🔧 How to set up the activity: 8v4 rondo in a 12x12 yard grid 2 players on each side of the grid Each outside player wears a bib (players on the same side wear different colours) ⚽ Activity: The ball starts with a pass from an outside player Next receiver must pass to a player with a different colour bib to the player they just received the ball from e.g. Red must play to grey and vice versa If defenders win the ball, they swap in Rotate defenders every minute ✅ Coaching points: Constantly scan to locate opposite colour teammates React to audio or visual cues Be composed under pressure
