🔧 How to set up the activity: 10x10 yard grid with one ball. Place a gate three sides of the grid side Coach acts as “pressure defender.” ⚽ Activity: Player shields ball with back to coach, facing the side of the square without a gate Holds position for 3 seconds. Then rotates away to dribble through any gate. Coach increases pressure (from passive to active). Complete 6–8 reps on each side. ✅ Coaching points: Wide stance and low centre of gravity. Use arms for space but keep within laws of the game. First touch after shielding should be purposeful.
