🔧 How to set up the activity: 3 zones in a 25x20 yard pitch 2v1 in the first zone, 3v2 in the middle, 1v1 in final zone ⚽️ Activity: Team builds out from first zone and tries to work it into the final zone and then back again Defenders press in each zone When ball is lost, attacking team must press immediately to win it back Defenders win points for winning ball Attackers win points by moving the ball successfully across all 3 zones (either direction) Rotate defenders/attackers every few minutes ✅ Coaching points: Anticipate where ball will move and press ahead of time Sprint to close space quickly Body shape should channel play where support exists
