🔧 How to set up the activity: Set up 3 cones 5 yards apart. A cone 5 yards behind the line to mark the starting point Coach stands with a ball ⚽ Activity: Coach shouts “left”, “right” or “centre” & passes the ball to that cone Player reacts and sprints to that cone Player must arrive and pass back to the coach before the ball hits the cone After returning the pass reset to the starting cone ready to repeat Rotate for 5–6 one-minute bursts. ✅ Coaching points: Stay balanced and light on feet for quick movement. Always angle body to face ball. Anticipate next movement, not just react.
