🔧 How to set up the activity: Penalty area with mannequin centrally on the edge of the box Cones placed 5 yards either side of the mannequin Server 10 yards outside the box 3 attackers in rotation ⚽️ Activity: Attacker starts in front of mannequin and spins off to either of the cones Once the attacker reaches the cone, they open their body to receive a pass from the server Server alternates passes into feet vs into space Striker takes one touch to control then finish if onto feet or runs onto the ball to score first time if played into space Next striker then rotates in ✅ Coaching points: Sharp movement before peel-off Visual and verbal cue from passer Strike across body when possible
