🔧 How to set up the activity: Use cones or mannequins as defenders on the edge of the box Attackers start in front of mannequins facing a feeder Goalkeeper in the goal ⚽️ Activity: Feeder plays ball into the striker Striker receives ball, takes one touch to shift the ball around the cone/mannequin into the box Second touch is a finish from inside the box The feeder then passes to the next attacker Progression: Add pressure with passive or live defender ✅ Coaching points: Touch sets up shot, not slows it down Scan before receiving Adjust hips and feet to hit target
