🔧 How to set up the activity: 12x12m square inside penalty box Players line up 10m outside with balls Tie bibs or cones to the bottom corners of the goal Place a feeder on the edge of the box ⚽️ Activity: Player dribbles towards the penalty box and plays a bounce pass with the feeder Player then takes first touch into the square inside the penalty box With their second touch the player shoots aiming to hit the bib/cone Limit to 2 touches (control and shoot) Rotate players quickly – high reps Progression: Add a goalkeeper ✅ Coaching points: Open up body and aim for side netting Emphasise speed of shot after control Keep technique smooth under pressure
