🔧 How to set up the activity: Set up multiple lanes, 8–10 yards long (2 players per lane) 1 ball per pair Flat cones to mark start/end of each lane 🏃 Activity: Players pass back and forth in their lane Use inside of the foot for every pass Focus on pointing standing foot at partner and following through Challenge: 5 clean passes in a row without stopping the ball (first time passes) Rotate partners after 60–90 seconds to keep energy high ✅ Coaching points: Use the inside of the foot for short, accurate passes Point the standing foot at the target Keep the toe up, heel down and follow through the ball
