🔧 How to set up the activity: Place 2 cones 10 yards apart Players in pairs with one ball Players stand behind the cones ⚽️ Activity: Player A passes with their right foot to Player B Player B receives on their left foot and moves the ball onto their right foot on the other side of the cone Player B then passes back to player A with their right foot Switch directions every 10 passes so players pass and receive on both feet Encourage players to use both feet to pass and receive Progression: Change the distance between the cones ✅ Coaching points: Encourage players to pass with both feet, even if it’s uncomfortable Use the inside of the foot for control Focus on body position when using weaker foot
