🔧 How to set up the activity: Set up small 5x5 yard grids (2 players per grid) 1 ball per pair One cone in the centre of each grid to act as a "defender" 🏃 Activity: Player A passes to Player B Player B receives the ball and must shift the ball to the other side of the cone After shifting the ball, return pass to Player A Keep repeating this process Progress: Remove the cone and add light pressure from a real defender ✅ Coaching points: Use open body shape to receive Take first touch into space Use the inside or outside of foot to shift the ball
