🔧 How to set up the activity: Set up multiple lanes (10x5 yards) with 2 players per lane 1 ball per group, cones mark safe zones at each end 🏃 Activity: Player A (red) starts in the middle with the ball, Player B (blue) is the defender Player A must shield the ball and try to reach either safe zone while protecting it If the defender wins the ball or forces the attacker out of the lane, they switch roles Rotate players so everyone gets a turn shielding and defending Progression: introduce limited time (e.g. 5 seconds to escape) ✅ Coaching points: Use the sole of the foot to roll the ball away from pressure Lower the body and stay strong, using side-on stance Encourage calmness under pressure – don’t panic
