🔧 How to set up the activity: Create 20x20m grid with coned gates inside Players work in pairs, 1 attacker and 1 defender ⚽️ Activity: Attackers aim to dribble through as many gates as possible Defenders must try to prevent attackers from dribbling through gates by jockeying only, they can’t tackle Defenders aim to jockey attackers away from gates and block their path Swap roles every minute Progression: Allows defenders to tackle, once they win the ball roles change and they become the attacker ✅ Coaching points: Stay low and side-on React, don’t commit too early Be aware of where the attacker will go next to block gates
