After each shot move back around the cone to shoot on the opposite foot Work rapid-fire: 5–6 shots each side. Progress: mix in weaker foot more often. ✅ Coaching points: Don’t switch to strong foot – use foot ball arrives on. Adjust body for weaker side. Encourage calm, accurate strikes.
