“Fast Feet Maze” – Ball Mastery & Agility

🔧 How to set up the activity:
- 20x20 yard square with flat cones placed randomly inside close together
- 1 ball per player
- Cones act as “agility markers” to dribble around
🏃 Activity:
- Players dribble freely, performing toe taps or rolls while moving
- Coach calls out commands (e.g. “toe taps!” or “sole rolls!”) – all players switch immediately
- Players must weave through cones while keeping control
- Add challenge: touch a cone with your hand, then change direction
- End with 30 seconds of free freestyle to be creative
✅ Coaching points:
- Encourage low body position and soft knees for control and agility
- Promote continuous movement – no standing still
- Use this drill to mix ball skills and physical literacy
