🔧 How to set up the activity: Set up 20-yard-long lanes (5-6 players per lane) 1 ball per player 🏃 Activity: Players start at one side of the lane, dribble around one of the cones at the end of the lane and then dribble back around the outside of the lane Encourage bigger touches when moving forward into open space and smaller touches when turning around the cone All players can play at the same time Make it a race for engagement but focus on control at speed ✅ Coaching points: Bigger touches when there’s space explode forward! Use the laces of the foot to push the ball ahead Emphasise quick stops and sharp turns at the cones
