🔧 Set-up: Area: 25x20 meters with a goal at one end Players: 1 goalkeeper, 3 strikers, 3 defenders, 1–2 passers Equipment: Several footballs, cones marking passing angles ⚽ Activity: Strikers position near the penalty area while defenders mark them tightly Strikers use decoy movement (e.g. step toward the ball then cut away) to create separation A passer plays into a striker who reacts to space by checking to feet, spinning in behind, or shifting into an open lane The striker finishes with a one-touch shot or controlled dribble before shooting Other strikers follow in to attack rebounds Defenders attempt to track movement and block the shot to replicate real-game pressure Change passing angles regularly to simulate narrow and wide service Rotate players to practise different movements and finishing angles ✅ Coaching Points: Use sharp decoy movements to unbalance defenders Time movements to receive with space to attack Scan constantly to recognise gaps before receiving Show composure when finishing under pressure Follow in shots aggressively to finish rebounds
