🔧 How to set up the activity: Use penalty area and wide cone to cross from 1 server, 2 defenders, 2 attackers per group Goalkeeper in the goal ⚽ Activity: Server crosses from wing into box Defenders must attack ball and clear out of the box Attackers aim to score Rotate roles after 5 balls Swap the side of the cross to practice defending crosses from each side and in-swinging/out-swinging variations Competition: Defenders must prevent any goals from 5 crosses to score a point.
