🔧 How to set up the activity: 20x15 yard area with a mini goal at each end Divide players into groups of 5 (3 attackers vs 2 defenders per round) 🏃 Activity: 3 attackers begin at one end of the zone, 2 defenders start in the middle Coach plays a ball to the attackers who then break forward Defenders can step forward once the ball is touched Attackers must try to score quickly in the defender’s goal If the team of 2 defenders win the ball, they try to score in the attacker’s goal Rotate defenders and attackers every 5 turns ✅ Coaching points: Attackers: exploit space early before defenders recover Move the ball with purpose and support the player on the ball Defenders: delay and force wide – don’t let attackers go straight through
